Primary Care Physician - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)
- The Physician will provide services to the surrounding CBOC facilities.
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of patients to establish diagnoses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in line with the best medical practices.
- Provide ongoing primary healthcare to patients, including physical examinations, health screenings, and immunizations.
- The Physician collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Counsel and educate patients on health and wellness, including lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient information.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
- The Physician keeps current with medical advancements, best practices, and continuing medical education.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Certifications: Must be ABIM or ABFM certified.
- Licensure: State medical license and DEA registration.
- Experience: Minimum of twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last thirty-six (36) months performing services similar in scope to those defined herein, in a public or private institution.
