PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN - MD. - Abode Care Partners.

We are seeking a full-time clinical physician lead to oversee clinical and administrative responsibilities under the CMO's supervision. Key duties include:

• Providing high-quality geriatric care to residents and home-bound patients.
• Collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants, offering support and oversight.
• Auditing medical orders and documentation for compliance.
• Identifying growth opportunities in skilled and senior living facilities.
• Participating in call processes to manage acute patient needs.
• Focusing on quality outcomes and care path compliance.

Qualifications include a medical degree, board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, and at least two years of administrative leadership experience. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential.

Salary range: USD $187,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year.
