Title: Primary Care Physician

Location: 97-01 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11368.

Salary: $240,000 - $263,000, with a wider range based on experience.

Role: Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment, focusing on quality care over service volume. New graduates are welcome to apply, and highly qualified candidates may be considered for a Center Medical Director position.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose patients

Oversee primary care administration

Prescribe treatments

Maintain electronic medical records

Collaborate to meet health quality goals

Manage center care team

Required Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. Graduate

Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine

Active State License and DEA license

Preferred Qualifications:

Fellowship in Geriatrics

Experience with Geriatric populations

Value-Based Healthcare experience

Bilingual proficiency
