Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Woodbridge, VA

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (3 days per week)

About Us:

Potomac Internal Medicine is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to our adult patients. Our practice offers a full spectrum of adult primary care services, including Women's Health services, and ancillary testing such as sleep studies, echo testing, allergy testing, and aesthetic services.

Responsibilities:

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Potomac Internal Medicine, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive adult primary care, including Women's Health services
• Conducting new patient assessments and managing sick visits
• Performing and interpreting ancillary tests (sleep studies, echo testing, allergy testing, aesthetic services)
• Collaborating with medical assistants and other support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Seeing patients aged 18 and older

Qualifications:

• Board certified in Family Medicine or Adult Gerontology
• 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in a primary care setting preferred, but open to hardworking and stellar new graduates
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
