Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care Physician Assistant - Provider Solutions & Development

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including military patients under the USFHP Plan. Serve a medically diverse patient population and enjoy working in an ideal location. * Open to both Family Medicine as well as Internal Medicine experience * A minimum of 3 years of Primary Care NP experience is required * Flexible FTE with 4-5 day work weeks * Good practice location and diverse patient panels * Outpatient Primary Care only * Growth opportunities to teach and mentor future APC hires/APC students * On-site labs and diagnostic services available * Compensation is between $126,734 and $165,555 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. * Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and CME benefits * Providers may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance **Where You'll Work** As a patient-centered primary care center, Pacific Medical Centers' Canyon Park clinic offers family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric services and numerous areas of specialty care.
