About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Manager to join our team. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and pricing models, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI to drive pricing goals. The Pricing Manager will also oversee the Pricing Analyst, who will report directly to this position.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Utilize AI and machine learning tools to analyze market trends and optimize pricing decisions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Manage pricing tools and systems to ensure accurate and efficient pricing processes.
• Provide training and support to sales teams on pricing strategies and tools.
• Supervise and mentor the Pricing Analyst, ensuring alignment with overall pricing strategies.
• Analyze pricing data and market trends to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability and revenue growth.
• Conduct research and gather data on customer behavior, competitive pricing, and market trends to recommend pricing adjustments and promotions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Executive Management, to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Create and maintain pricing models and tools that enable effective pricing decisions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pricing policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into pricing performance and trends.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in pricing management, preferably in the electrical distribution or industrial distribution industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with AI and machine learning tools for pricing optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in pricing tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
