Pricing Coordinator
Pay Rate: $23.50 Per Hour
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week; New York. NY10177
Position Summary:
The position of Pricing Coordinator is a crucial role within the PRUSA. This role will be responsible for the coordination and where possible, the automation of pricing information within the organization. A successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for pricing and price systems. In addition, they work with cross functional partners to resolve pricing issues/mismatches with appropriate root cause analysis to bring efficiency and improve price visibility to the organization.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
This position reports to the Division Finance Director for each Division and will interact directly with Pernod Ricard USA sales and field finance teams. It is critical for the individual in this role to embrace strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
This role will play an integral role in data entry of pricing information across PR USA systems. The impact of the position is foundational to the organization and to the Divisional teams. The nature of the role requires a self-starter with strong organization, attention to detail and communication skills.

- Accountable for updating/maintaining pricing structures monthly within PSM
- Responsible for entering accurate financial information into E1.
- Strong understanding of pricing structures within Beverage industry
- Ad hoc projects
- Prepares and submits monthly control state price filings for spirits and wines, ensuring accurate and timely filings
- Monitor and resolve any state/E1 pricing discrepancies on a daily basis, working with customer service team and creating SR's when appropriate
- Support user needs on analytical tools for field sales and finance teams
- Maintain and update when necessary, pricing rules for control markets

- Past roles in pricing, operations, sales, finance and/or accounting
- Work experience of 1-2 years with experience in pricing and Client industry
- Ability to work collaboratively and be a self-starter
- Basic SAP pricing experience
- Skilled in excel and other Microsoft office programs
