We are currently seeking a Pricing Associate for our Novi location. The Pricing Associate is responsible for supporting sales, customer service, purchasing agents, and product managers in maintaining system pricing for existing and new customer specific pricing programs as well as vendor pricing for existing and new offerings.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with Purchasing Associates on any issues regarding customer pricing challenges.
• Maintains special item/group discounts for customers.
• Maintains vendor contracts for customers.
• Processes uploads for pricing updates and changes as needed.
• Provides final review, revises, and uploads new product submissions from various divisional locations and internal teams.
• Coordinates with Purchasing Associates on any issues regarding new product submissions.
• Handles daily requests to fix line pricing, promo pricing, and future pricing.
• Maintain vendor price and Class-1 item files.
• Coordinates with Product Managers and Graphics Department regarding pricing and subsequent issues involving all sale flyers and web-based promotions.
• Processes and approves flyer pricing and coordinates with Graphics for completion.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

• 3+ years pricing or purchasing experience and/or bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• ERP experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel and Teams)
• Microsoft Access knowledge a plus
• SQL knowledge a plus
• Great math skills
• Understanding of Gross Profit, a plus
• Ability to analyze and problem solve pricing problems
