Pricing/Quotations Associate

Would you like to work within clinical trial solutions? Verbatim Pharma are searching for a pricing/quotation associate to join a pharmaceutical client based south of Atlanta, Georgia.

As a key member of the US team, you will be working closely with the commercial and project management teams to source, prepare and provide accurate pricing quotations. We are looking for a proactive and intuitive individual with a great attention to detail and a genuine curiosity.

The details:

• Location: South of Atlanta, Georgia
• Salary: $55,000
• Working pattern: Remote, but onsite for training and probation

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to generate accurate client quotes.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure up-to-date pricing information.
• Deliver quotations within specified timeframes.
• Manage and maintain deal pipelines using Hubspot.
• Provide administrative support for pricing processes, ensuring data accuracy.

Experience required:

• 1.5 – 2 years experience working in administration or data entry roles.
• Have experience working within a regulated field such as clinical trials, food or beauty.
• Ability to utilise a number of tools and systems such as Hubspot and Microsoft Office.
