Kelley Kronenberg, a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a Pricing Analystto join our Accounting & Finance team. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial strategies of our legal services across divisions, providing optimal pricing plans that align with client needs and the firm’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and recommend financially sound pricing strategies for the firm’s services.
• Lead the annual rate-setting process, collaborating with Business Unit Leaders and Senior Leadership.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive pricing database for new and existing clients.
• Conduct macro and microeconomic analysis to establish benchmark pricing.
• Perform financial and business case analyses to evaluate market entry opportunities.
• Own and manage the pricing process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with firm policies.
• Oversee the intake of new matters and clients, ensuring financial requirements are documented and escalated as necessary.
• Regularly calculate cost factors, analyze variances, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Respond to pricing inquiries, providing data-driven recommendations and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Generate detailed financial reports for monthly and quarterly analysis.
• Support attorneys and teams with client-facing fee monitoring requests and ad-hoc pricing needs.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Advanced analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial reporting tools.
• Initiative and resourcefulness, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in the legal or professional services industry is highly preferred.
