- Conduct high-level break-fix tasks and preventative maintenance to keep our machinery in top condition.
- Diagnose equipment by dismantling and examining components to repair or replace defective parts efficiently.
- Enhance equipment cost-effectiveness by sourcing essential parts and improving alternatives independently.
- Champion maintenance as per industry benchmarks, leveraging your expert knowledge for optimal outcomes.
Consulting with the Planner Scheduler, you'll fine-tune maintenance plans while adapting to environmental needs—think operating machinery like lathes, or even undertaking welding tasks when needed.
As a leader of Continuous Improvement initiatives, drive changes that yield process efficiencies and cost savings.
Your role also involves mentoring newer team members and spearheading the use of predictive maintenance technologies. Observing trends is your forte, using this data to deliver valuable insights.
Documenting your journey through CMMS, you'll also focus on personal growth via on-the-job training that paves the way for your career ascension.
Your Professional Journey:
- Foundation built on a high school diploma or GED, with further study in technical fields.
- Possess 5-7 years of industry-related experience, adept in predictive technologies.
- Expert in electrical and mechanical systems, solving complex issues with alternative solutions.
- Hands-on with essential and specialized tools, experienced in vibration analysis or laser interferometry.
Expectations:
Prepare to navigate varied conditions—this role demands physicality with frequent standing, climbing, and handling of equipment over 50 pounds, amidst potentially loud and hazardous conditions.
