Job Functions:
Manufactures and boxes powder products to meet production needs while maintaining quality standards.
Accountabilities:
· Operates manual and automated machines to insure production quantities and standards are accomplished.
· Packages tablets in accordance with production procedures.
· Follows all Quality Control procedures and standards.
· Evaluates tablets to insure proper weight and height requirements.
· Performs other duties as assigned including assisting with the training of new employees.
· Follows all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s).
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing.
· Basic knowledge of arithmetic.
· High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
· Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
· Must be available to work all shifts.
· Must be available to work in all Northtec facilities as needed.
Equipment Used:
Manual and automated pressing machines
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $15/hour to $20.50/hour. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range many vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
