This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about printing technology and has a knack for maintaining and operating complex machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art machinery, including flexo, HP6000, comco, nilpeter, hot stamp, cold foils, and rotary screen. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Press Operator to join our dynamic team in the printing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art machinery, including flexo, HP6000, comco, nilpeter, hot stamp, cold foils, and rotary screen. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a variety of printing machines, including flexographic, HP 6000, comco, nilpeter, hot stamp, cold foils, and rotary screen.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance tasks on the printing machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the printing process.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the highest quality of print output.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest printing technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage and organize the print workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure that all printed materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Press Operator, or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with flexo, HP6000, comco, nilpeter, hot stamp, cold foils, and rotary screen.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest printing technologies and techniques.
- A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus.
