The Role: At the job site, you become the conductor of high-quality printing. Operate state-of-the-art flexo and wide-web presses, ensuring stunning results every run. You'll work in a safe, efficient environment, collaborating with the team to make printing magic happen.

Responsibilities:

• Be the printing maestro: Set up, operate, and maintain our advanced presses.
• Printing whisperer: Read specs and translate them into flawless printing requirements.
• Ink alchemist: Mix inks and adjust settings to achieve the perfect print every time.
• Print detective: Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything running smoothly.
• Data whiz: Maintain meticulous records to track production runs and press performance.
• Safety first: Ensure everyone adheres to safety protocols for a worry-free workplace.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience commanding flexo and wide-web printing presses (a must!)
• Printing savant: Possess a strong understanding of printing principles and processes.
