We are part of Gary Keller's Top 200 Market Center Mastermind Group with almost in the last two years. We have a very Aggressive Cap Program which includes Our Market Center includes a vibrant Staff focused on Growth and includes our top ranked PC Program, Director of Growth, Team Leader Executive Assistant, Marketing Department, 2 Assistant Team Leaders and ISA all housed in a State-of-the-Art Market Center. We are investing in Teamerage, built a Profitable Mortgage Company with over 70 agent investors and are about to finalize 2 Joint Ventures. We are searching for a dynamic and dedicated leader whose primary focus will be driving aggressive recruitment of licensed real estate agents. We’re looking for someone who thrives in recruitment, consistently attracting top-tier talent and expanding our team of agents to new heights. Our Market Center includes some of the nation’s top agents, with five members of Gary Keller’s Top 100 Mastermind Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to recruiting, the ability to inspire others, and the skills to lead, coach, and consult at a high level.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Team Leader will be responsible for:
Implementing and managing aggressive recruitment strategies to bring in high-producing and high-potential licensed real estate agents, rapidly expanding the Market Center.
Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of top real estate talent to consistently meet and exceed recruitment goals.
Providing ongoing business development and financial consulting to agents, supporting substantial growth in their personal production.
Leading initiatives to foster a strong, learning-based environment with access to premier training and development opportunities for all agents.
Creating a positive, empowering workplace that encourages agents to excel, while building a people-centered culture.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales, leadership, and recruitment, ready for a high-impact role.
Strong ability to build relationships, consistently recruit top talent, and effectively consult agents to success.
Exceptional communication skills, verbal leadership, and social poise.
While a background in real estate sales is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong recruiting and leadership experience in other industries.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in both team and individual settings.

Compensation
Expected 1st year earnings: $150,000 - $250,000+. This is made up of a salary and bonus.
There is no limitation on your earning potential or opportunities AND our 3-5 Year Plan is to get you to $500,000+ per year.
This role includes a Full Time Maps Coach, attendance in Maps Coaching Masterminds, Family Reunion, Mega Camp, Gary Keller’s Monthly Top Team Leader Mastermind, Market Center membership in KW Wealth and other Regional and National Trainings.
We will consider a relocation package to Kansas City which includes living in our award winning Shawnee Mission and Blue Valley School Districts.
