Role - Presentation Graphics Specialist
Rate - $37.04/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $55.56/HR)
Duration - 12 Months (possible extension)

Job Purpose:
Under the direction of WFC to assist with the production of pitch book materials and other marketing collateral including bespoke covers and templates, logos, end-of-deal lucites, invites, newsletters, flyers, posters, etc. from concept to finished artwork.
Job Background / Context:
Working as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy 24/5 department that produces pitch book materials, graphic designs and deal lucites.
Presentation Technology (Pres Tech) is a specialist group that provides services to internal clients within the Institutional Clients Group (i.e. Corporate and Investment Bank, Markets, Treasury & Transaction Services, Private Bank, etc.) and other clients within Client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produces a variety of marketing materials (e.g. pitch books, covers, templates, newsletters, lucite designs, animation, posters, newsletters, etc.) using relevant software applications to an advanced level
• Traces and produces logos, maps and illustrations
• Assists with the production of creative PPT pitch books and offers conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials including motion graphics
• Ensures all materials produced are correctly branded as per Client standards and advises clients on the use of the Client brand
• Liaises directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements
• Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
• Assists with Intake coordination when required
• Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks
• Contributes to best production practices
Knowledge/Experience:
• 3 years or above of admin/operational support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, ideally in a financial institution- essential
• Advanced knowledge of industry standard graphic design applications – essential
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design with 3 years or above of relevant work experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable work experience – essential
• Portfolio / samples of recent work – desirable
Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) – essential
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional) – essential
• Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, After Effects – an advantage
• Knowledge of external print processes – desirable

• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , multi-task and cope with pressure
