Preschool Teacher at Little Appleseed Learning Center

Join our team at Little Appleseed Learning Center as a dedicated Preschool Teacher! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for our young students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of preschool-aged children
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including small group instruction and differentiated instruction
• Collaborate with parents to provide regular updates on student progress and participate in parent conferences as needed
• Implement classroom management techniques that create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Integrate the Montessori Method and other innovative teaching practices into daily curriculum planning

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Familiarity with NAEYC standards and guidelines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Salary: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
