About the Role
As the Assistant Principal you will coordinate all school operations, including financial planning, community outreach, relationship-building, staffing and teacher development. This position is an amazing opportunity to dive deep into the administrative side of the school campus while also developing a strong community and guiding teacher development as we seek to continuously improve our educational methods.

What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree with a major or emphasis in Child Development or similar field
- Minimum one year of experience in a school leadership position (Principal, Assistant Principal, Team Leader, or similar)
- One year of previous teaching experience
- Knowledge of state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position
- Broad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly school environment
- Previous responsibility for school operations, including building maintenance, program evaluation, employee engagement and management, office operations, and emergency procedures is strongly preferred
