Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and components according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of dishes.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to achieve uniformity and excellent presentation.
- Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
- Embrace a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence, contributing to a positive and dynamic team culture.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area.
