Prep Cook - Olde Brick House

Responsibilities:

• Prepping of food items such as soups, sauces, sides and meats. Including batch cooking of larger prepped items
• Properly measuring kitchen ingredients and food portions
• Using kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers and warmers
• Ensuring proper food temperatures when cooking and proper storage afterwards
• Properly maintaining sanitary and cleanliness standards daily and working on assigned cleaning projects
