Position Description:

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation per health code.
• Ensure breakdown of station, label and store food in accordance with procedures at end of shift.
• Maintain work area clean and free of clutter.
• Assist in the daily delivery and pick-up of catering orders in various locations.

Position Requirements:

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• Basic knife handling skills and knowledge of food.
• Familiarity with sanitation, cleanliness, and safe food handling practices.
• Competent at multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working under strict deadlines.
• Foundational understanding of banquet set-up.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, problem-solving mindset.
• Team player who works well with others and succeeds in a highly collaborative environment.
• Work with a high degree of autonomy with a focus on customer service.
