About the Job
Job Details:
- The prep cook should be able to use time management skills to run the smoker for the various meat needs. While using the smoker, the prep cook should be able to complete jobs such as making sides, preparing the next meat for the smoker and cutting onions.
- They must be able to follow directions and recipes exactly as they are written.
- The hours are 8 AM-4 PM (sometimes later) 5-6 days a week.
- Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a dedicated and responsible person.
- Pay will be based on experience and skill level
