Responsibilities:
Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and menu requirements.
Assist in setting up and organizing the kitchen stations for service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
Follow kitchen procedures and recipes to consistently deliver top-quality dishes.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area
