Our Food Service team is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team. The Prep Cook will prepare raw and cooked foods for cooks, short order cooks, and bakers as needed for daily service. The prep cook is responsible for food production in the kitchen operations; this position plays an integral role in managing the food production operations while ensuring client and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; six months of experience in either a volume institutional or military cooking environment or an associate's degree from a culinary arts school
