Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various dishes, following established recipes and guidelines.
- Cut, chop, and measure ingredients accurately to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Support the kitchen team by ensuring ingredients are readily available for service, contributing to overall kitchen efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary training is a plus.
- Attention to detail in accurately measuring and preparing ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with the culinary team.
- Enthusiasm for Southern cuisine and a willingness to learn and contribute to our culinary offerings.
