Hiring Immediately for Prep Cooks at a local client. Weekly pay starting at $19.00-$21.00 per hour, openings on multiple shifts. Apply now and schedule an immediate interview! + 1-3 months related experience and/or training + Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry + Ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal/external customers + Ability to learn system logic and operate HMI/control panels and fine tune equipment for minor and major adjustments + Self-directed, able to keep oneself busy and flow to the work + Must be available to work overtime and weekends + Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Frequently + High attention to detail + Must be able to work in an environment frequently exposed to loud, wet, and cold conditions + Ensure recipe integrity through verification of material item numbers and expiration dates prior to processing + Clean, assemble, operate and troubleshoot machinery respective to each functional area within ingredient preparation + Inspect ingredients and ingredients packaging for conformance to safety and quality specifications + Maintain documentation that demonstrates regulatory compliance for all policies pertaining to HACCP, USDA and FDA mandates + Coordinate ingredient supply from storage to their assigned production area + Perform/responsible to adhere to all required quality/ food safety checks including data sheets including all controlled documents + Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality standards and good manufacturing practices including allergen handling and organic segregation + Perform tasks to support other departments when directed + Follow all established safety protocols + Perform all other duties as assigned **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
