Prep Cook - Gideon Toal Management Services

Prepare food items to company specifications, including cleaning and cutting ingredients, and may assist in cooking food items.
Assist with stocking and organizing daily and weekly deliveries and setting up the kitchen stations.
Responsible for the set-up, operation, breakdown and cleaning of all kitchen equipment.
Set up all stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, cutting meat, or preparing sauce)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Clean up the stations and take care of leftover food.
Stock inventory appropriately.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Background check
