Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure the integrity of the food served.
• Complete assigned side work at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Comply with all Company standard portions, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, recipes, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for notifying management of low product.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Handle, store, label and rotate all products properly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• At least two years of related work experience

Occupational Standards:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to bend and lift up to 35 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs., as needed
• Work may be required in confined area
• Ability to be flexible with hours
