Job Summary:
The Premium Ticket Operations Coordinator will provide clerical, administrative, and “Day of Game” support for the Ticket Operations department under the general direction of Ticket Operations management. They will work during regular office hours and/or event hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Duties:
- Process tasks and ticket orders using ticketing software.
- Process, manage and track payments and payment plans for contracted, event suites, and Hyde clientele.
- Communicate with sales and services team representatives to provide payment updates (successful/failed payments, bounced checks, chargebacks, etc.).
- Work game day operations for home games and special events; troubleshooting as necessary; fulfill last minute ticketing requests.
- Prepare deposit reports and other reports as needed.
- Assist in building Crypto.com Arena and Peacock Theater offers for the Premium Events Team.
- Identify and suggest processing efficiencies for sales and ticket operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree Preferred).
- A minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn required business systems.
- Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operation and under time constraints.
- Ability to handle large sums of money utilizing prescribed cash management controls and day-to-day tasks concurrently.
- Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly and react to difficult situations appropriately.
- Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively and in a professional, diplomatic and mature manner not only with clients and guests, but with co-workers within the organization.
- Excellent guest and client service capabilities.
- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AXS ticketing software or any other ticketing software
- Background in Sports/Entertainment/Hospitality industry
Pay Scale: $22.00 - $25.00
