Job Summary



Join our dynamic at Chase Field as a Premium Suites Food Runner and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas. As a Food Runner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our VIP guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.






+ Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.


+ Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and presentation.


+ Communicate any special requests or modifications to appropriate serving or kitchen staff.


+ Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently; ensure correct placement of dishes.


+ Ensure guest satisfaction.


+ Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain clear communication.


+ May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.


+ Keep the food running station and areas organized, well-stocked, and clean.


+ Follow food safety and sanitation standards


+ Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties.


+ Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of Suites and back-of-house areas.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.



Requirements:



+ Excellent customer service skills.


+ Strong organizational skills.


+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


+ Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.


+ Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required.


+ Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.



Qualifications



+ Previous restaurant or related experience preferred



Physical demands:



+ Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs


+ Frequently ascend/descend stairs


+ Frequent standing and walking
