Overview:The Premium In-Seat Server provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This role helps fulfil and delivers mobile orders within the VIP club and Premium Seating Sections of the venue.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $9, plus tips.

This position will remain open until April 18, 2025.
Responsibilities:In-Seat Server
Summary:
- Provides quick, attentive, friendly and professional service to arena guests and is able to communicate clearly with all customers.
- Ensures that snajcks and drinks are served properly and in a timely manner as ordered by the customer.
- Ensures neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over.
- Maintains availability to work during many peak periods.
- Assists with stocks server station(s) in the clubs when necessary (ice, mixers, cups, napkins etc).
- Maintains high responsiveness to orders and take initiative to capture mobile orders from groups and individuals in the premium club soft seating sections.
- Maintains a professional and clean appearance.
- Communicates with supervisors and club bartenders in order to improve systems and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their experience.
- Builds and maintains knowledge regarding beverage/cocktail offerings so that patron questions may be accurately answered
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred
- Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.
- Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guest in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Must be 18 years or Older
