Job Summary
Step into the world of hospitality at Chase Field and join the Premium Clubs Team. As a Premium Clubs Team member you will be an essential part of delivering excellent service to guests during the exciting events hosted at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. If you are passionate about providing top-notch hospitality in a dynamic environment this is your chance to contribute to memorable experiences for our guests.
- Prepares Club set up - cleaning, restocking inventory, setting up catering supplies, glassware, and other duties.
- Greet guests promptly in friendly and welcoming manner.
- Develop and maintain exceptional rapport with return guests; maintain friendly demeanor with all guests.
- Distributes menus and presents the daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner
- Delivers food orders to guests in Suites accurately and in timely manner.
- Ensures that food is prepared correctly and to guests satisfaction
- Collect plates and clears the table as guest finish their meals
- Prepares guests checks and collect payment
- Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks
- Cleans and organizes, prep, Kitchen, Suites, and Inventory areas.
- Assists with Inventory and restocking inventory before, during, and after events as scheduled.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements
- Valid food handler card and/or Alcohol certification may be required.
- Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous Server or related experience preferred
Physical demands:
- Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Frequently ascend/descend stairs
- Frequent standing and walking
