Responsibilities
Noblis MSD Fleet Introduction Project provides Precommissioning Support to ship's Prospective Commanding Officer, Executive Officer and Department Heads for administrative and technical services. Fleet Introduction work is performed in an integrated support team environment that includes government and NoblisMSD teams that work closely with PEO SHIPS, Supervisor of Shipbuilding and Repair, Shipbuilder, BUPERS, ISIC, Personnel Support Detachments, Regional Support Offices and the ship's Crewmembers.
Candidate will provide Admin, Personnel and Security support as follows:
- Monitor crew arrival at all sites in accordance with the Crew Scheduling and Phasing Plan (CSPP). Coordinate and resolve administrative discrepancies.
- Process area access clearances for Command and assist personnel in obtaining security badges for access to various areas of the facilities.
- Support personnel management for personnel transferring into or out of the command
- Support Leave Request processing
- Coordinate with local PSD
- Support Pay and Per Diem issues
- Support Travel Claim processing.
You will provide administrative and organizational support to facilitate the successful execution of projects. You will assist with developing project plans, schedules, documentation, and communication materials. Additionally, you will coordinate resources, make logistical arrangements, maintain project records and documentation, and ensure adherence to processes and standards. You'll collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders, communicating project status and escalating risks or issues. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, multitasking skills, and proficiency with project management tools contribute to the effectiveness of project coordinators in supporting structured project execution.
You are responsible for developing and applying basic skills in areas of specialization with clear direction from your supervisor. Responsibilities and individual tasks are generally non-complex, routine in nature and require minimal problem solving. As an employee, you: work on simple, routine assignments of limited scope and complexity and perform clearly defined tasks requiring basic skills or certification and provide excellent service. Deliver entry-level technical, administrative, business or customer service support. Apply basic knowledge to resolve routine problems and complete assignments. Learn the work environment while handling a small, limited workload and seek assistance for complex issues and non-standard matters. Learn and implement policies, procedures, quality standards and compliance requirements. Receive close daily supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- In-depth knowledge of Navy ranks and ratings
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
- Ability to organize tasks and services and be able to work with competing priorities.
- Strong computer skills in the MS Office suite of software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
- Effective written and oral communication skills are essential in this team orientated-customer service position.
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced with NSIPS, MMPA, Salesforce Navy Applications.
- Experienced with and other Personnel/Disbursing applications
- Experienced YN or PS desired.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
