Preadmission Screening Specialist - Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging Inc

You'll be responsible for monitoring and assuring the quality of the preadmission screening referrals process, reviewing complex situations with empathy and professionalism, and assisting providers and lead agencies to ensure that older adults receive the quality care they deserve.
