The Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team supports the four global market business lines of Natixis Americas: Macro/Commodities, GSF, Equity Solutions, and Credit.
Our dynamic team consists of software developers and IT business analysts who thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with our end-users on both local projects and global initiatives involving our Head Office in Europe and the Asian platform.
He/she/they will play a key role in supporting in-house applications related to intraday risk and positions management, pricing and booking of manual and electronic trades, flow business, and positions hedging.
Additionally, the team provides support for all vendor trading platforms utilized by our traders and salespeople.We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support our credit flow activity.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the credit market and credit derivatives, complemented by a blend of technical and interpersonal skills essential for the successful completion of our projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, developing and maintaining comprehensive business requirement documents, process flows, and use cases in Jira/Confluence.
Communicate effectively with development teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.Become an expert in our internal platform, identifying inefficiencies within the system and proposing actionable improvements.Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with software developers and other departments to implement effective solutions, while monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.Offer ongoing support to end-users of the platform and oversee system testing to ensure functionality and user satisfaction.The salary range for this position will be between $145,000 - $180,000.
Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package.
