Pre-owned Automotive Sales Consultant - Thornton Automotive Dover

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dealership experience.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle to match their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Conduct test drives, answer customer questions, and provide detailed vehicle information.
• Negotiate vehicle pricing and financing options in line with company policies and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, or in person to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all pre-owned inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with the service and finance departments to meet customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for cars and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in automotive sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
