Pre-Litigation Supervising Associate - Gpac

A highly regarded California law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney for their recognized personal injury practice. As the Supervising Attorney in the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will lead a team of attorneys and case managers, driving efforts to secure the best possible settlements for our clients. This is a great oppotunity for an associate with a background in personal injury litigation who is looking to grow with a reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a substantial caseload while managing and mentoring a team of Case Managers
• Deliver compassionate and informative client service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the legal process
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens
• Maintain daily communication with clients regarding legal strategies and treatment plans
• Analyze case facts to clarify coverage issues and establish liability

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3-7 years of experience in personal injury law
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to supervise and provide guidance to team members
• Experience successfully settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
• Spanish fluency is a valuable asset
