Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Beacon Hill

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and subrogation analysts.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine causation, damages, and the extent of injuries.
• Review case files proactively and efficiently to ensure progress and meet deadlines.
• Prepare medical chronologies, expense itemizations, and demand packages.
• Handle personal injury claims from beginning to end, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the process.

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid subrogation and private insurance subrogation, including compliance with regulations.
• Familiarity with pre-litigation case processes and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and legal software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
