We are seeking a supervising attorney to join our dynamic team for pre-litigation in our personal injury division. You will have the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, conduct in-depth legal research, and draft persuasive legal documents. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will have a wide range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues to support case preparation and strategy development.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
3. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
4. Collaborating with a team of attorneys on complex litigation matters, providing insight, expertise, and strategic thinking.
5. Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities, helping them navigate through complex legal landscapes.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal developments and trends to provide informed advice and representation.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a proven track record in litigation.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
