About your Role:
As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will work to ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment. Providing individual and group counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment.
CCS Kern Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Clinics (Tehachapi)
CCS offers specialized outpatient mental health services for adults ages 18 and older with a serious and persistent mental illness with severe functional impartments. Our clinical team includes therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, substance abuse counselors and recovery coordinators.

Does the following apply to you?
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited school
- Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient)
- Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance
