Pre Fab Division Project Coordinator - Precision Walls

The Project Coordinator aids the Project Manager and Production Manager with document management, scheduling assistance, material requisition, submittals, RFI’s, and provides other administrative support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Document Management:

• • Assist in the organization and management of project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records both electronically and physically.

  • Coordinate document distribution to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients as needed.

Scheduling Support:

• • Assist the Project Manager in developing project schedules and timelines.

  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to ensure adherence to deadlines.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to schedule deliveries, installations, and other project activities.

Communication and Coordination:

• • Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

  • Communicate project updates, requirements, and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as directed by the Project Manager.

Quality Control Assistance:

• • Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that prefabricated panels meet industry standards and client specifications.

  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks as directed by the Project Manager.

Administrative Support:

• • Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing expense reports.

  • Assist in procurement activities, such as obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
