This independent, third-party consulting firm works with banks and investors to provide comprehensive reviews and evaluations of construction projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Pre-Construction Plan and Cost Reviewer position include:

5+ years of pre-construction estimating experience on commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of general construction costs, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in reviewing civil, architectural, structural, and MEP plans and specifications.
Extensive knowledge of construction budgets, contracts, schedules, permits, and other relevant documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; technical writing skills are essential.
Review and evaluate construction documents to identify potential project risks and ensure general appropriateness.
Prepare comprehensive reports for clients based on analysis of construction plans, budgets, and schedules.
Collaborate with development teams and clients to clarify project details and address inquiries.
Focus on quality and accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all reports.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
