Practice Manager (No Healthcare experience required)
At Serenity Healthcare, we specialize in offering alternative treatments & services like TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Ketamine infusion therapy, along with ADHD testing and Medication Management, to treat patients with a variety of behavioral health concerns.

A Practice Manager manages the day-to-day business operations of a medical clinic. Their duties include ensuring the practice provides reliable customer service, overseeing staff recruitment and training, and managing budgets
Responsibilities of a Practice Manager include:
Implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency
Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating clinical staff like receptionists and medical support staff, creating staff schedules and managing time off
Collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure coordinated patient care and address practice challenges
Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
2 years of management or leadership experience, particularly in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
Backgrounds such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager and Restaurant General Managers have been proven to be great fits.
Taking ownership of team, office, and patient outcomes involves being proactive and accountable in leading your team and managing the office efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
