A membership-based veterinary care provider is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional hospitality and care. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing team development and fostering a culture of safety and inclusivity.
• Overseeing practice P&L, budget management, and revenue growth.
• Collaborating with veterinarians to optimize operations and appointment scheduling.
• Acting as a Hiring Manager and supporting recruitment efforts.
• Being on call for emergency situations once a month.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in veterinary or healthcare, 2+ years in team management, strong business acumen, and excellent organizational skills. This full-time role requires flexibility for occasional weekend or evening duties.
