About the Job
The Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of the KCC practice, ensuring efficient clinic management and staff coordination.
- Manage daily practice operations and maintain inventory of office and medical supplies.
- Supervise clinic staff and coordinate physician schedules, including PTO and on-call coverage.
- Facilitate communication among staff to address operational concerns and approve timecards.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the KCC POD leader and Regional Manager to report on practice activities.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and promote patient and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate staff meetings and complete data reports for each POD.
- Support customer service standards and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications include 5+ years in a medical office, 3+ years in management, an associate's degree (BA/BS preferred), and a current CPR card.
