In 2021, we became the consulting arm of USP (US Pharmacopeia), and we share a common goal of helping manufacturers bring safe, quality medicines and treatments to patients who need them.In support of our mission, we are seeking a Practice Lead, Product and Process Development to focus on driving growth in our services and solutions for Biologics, including biosimilars and mAbs.

About You:

You have dedicated a significant portion of your career to learning and excelling in the biologic and biopharamceutical drug development space, and you are now looking to take that knowledge and experience to help others to solve the complex strategic and technical challenges of biologic drug development and commercial introduction. You have a passion for and connection with patient communities that will help you connect with our customers and understand their mission and objectives. You are comfortable leading, advising, and supporting drug sponsors on mission-critical programs and interacting across all levels of a drug sponsor or contract manufacturers organization. You are not afraid to be on stage in front of large audiences or be the only person you know heading into an event. About the Job:

Strong human capital is the lifeblood of our consultancy. Without that, we would not exist. To support our growth strategy, we are seeking an energized and self-motivated leader to develop and spearhead our Product and Process Development practice area (including CMC and Regulatory Strategy). In this role, you will work as part of our senior team members to build out this practice area by bringing new customers to our company and building on our existing customer relationships. Additionally, you will build and drive innovative and engaging thought leadership centered on bringing new biologic therapies to the patients who desperately need them by authoring articles, supporting relevant conferences, and delivering engaging webinars.

We will hire someone who is comfortable working remotely and able to travel as needed, thrives on collaborating with internal and external teams, naturally builds trust and rapport with others, wants to keep others informed of progress, and is willing to adapt and grow as our company grows. We have no bias on your educational background and expect our next practice lead to be someone with intelligence, self-awareness, self-motivation, and ambition. We do expect you to have significant experience and depth of knowledge in the biologic drug development and commercialization space and that you can convey that experience succinctly and clearly to our current and future customers.
