Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve strategic business development goals and maintain executive support for sustainable growth.
• Create and execute plans to build and close a pipeline of new opportunities.
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the target client base.
• Update and maintain the company’s CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Provide weekly reports on KPIs and participate in monthly business development strategy sessions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience winning new clients and building relationships in the Human Capital Management space.
• Excellent knowledge of sales analysis, metrics, and hands-on experience with CRM software.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience growing accounts and managing a team.
• Ability to work out of our office in Fishers, IN.
