Summary:
On-boards new Practice Finance customers, manages cross-sell opportunities and provides introduction to internal partners. Establishes long-term customer relationships to ensure quality control and provides an exceptional customer experience. Supports and partners a team of Practice Finance Business Development Officers to work together to achieve team results. Assists with onboarding healthcare customers with sales from $0-25MM. Has a significant emphasis on cross-sell to identify opportunities and coordinates these efforts for the team through completion. Continually reviews onboarding process to ensure alignment with Simply the Best customer experience. Provides client service utilizing a relationship plan/model. Assists (1-2) Practice Finance Business Development Officers with client onboarding, partner introductions, and administrative support. Coordinates the due diligence and document-gathering necessary to get loans documented and closed. Assists Practice Finance Business Development Officers with forecasting and pipeline management.
In addition to the Practice Finance Client Manager responsibilities noted above, this position will serve as Senior Client Manager for the Practice Finance Client Manager Team. They will act as a lead Client Manager to ensure consistency across the team of Client Managers in Practice Finance. They will operate under limited guidance as this role is considered the subject matter expert for the practice finance client management process. They will act as the lead point of contact with our closing, funding, fulfillment partners on documentation preparation, funding. They will assist in the process management for the loan closing process by working with HBI Title and our 3rd party mobile signing partner. Takes the lead to organize and manage the Practice Finance pipeline reporting and forecasting monthly loan production, keeping reporting accurate and timely. Provides day to day guidance and support for all PF CMs. Onboards and trains all new Practice Finance Client Managers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client communication and coordination of loan closing conditions to assist with onboarding new customer and funding new loans to bank. Engaging in introductions and follow up related to cross sell opportunities with OCR Partners.
- Lead point of contact for partners (including DBRM for account opening, closing documentation team, funding team, HBI Title team) for any processes as they relate to the onboarding and closing of practice finance loans.
- Provides onboarding, training and day to day support for Practice Client Managers
- Coordinates and communicates with closing and funding partners to insure our loans are funded properly and processes are followed and supported by our Practice Finance Client Manager team.
- Manages collateral exception process, working with team to follow up on weekly reporting to ensure collateral exceptions are cleared before hitting the 60 day mark.
- Manages the reporting to provide accurate and updated forecasting for monthly loan production for all of practice finance (including SBA) and providing detail to Specialty Banking Area Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of an additional 3-5 years of sales in a financial services or credit environment
- Minimum of 5 years of sales support or management experience in a financial services or credit environment
- Business Banking sales and product knowledge and loan closing experience
- Consultative selling and profiling experience
- Proven organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal (face-to-face, phone and electronic) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
- Proven track record of working well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- PC and internet proficiency

$70,000-75,000 annual salaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
