This position requires daily travel within Central FL.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Record daily banking transactions, reconciliations.
- Process monthly and semi-monthly payrolls.
- HR & Fringe Benefit Administration.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, all monthly closing reports.
- Treasury Services.
- Work with outside CPA and Pension Administrators.
- Respond to phone calls/email requests from clients.
- Ad Hoc Requests.
- Support of Orlando Client Refund Process; requires interaction with Orlando Client Service Delivery Team.
- Other Duties as assigned by Finance Manager & US Director of Operations.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Prior Practice Management experience preferred.
- Pathology/Lab [Anatomic Pathology Only (AP) and Clinical Pathology Only (CP)] practice background a plus.Â
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting support services as outlined in job responsibilities.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Excel / Word / Outlook.
- Strong communication skills: oral and written.
- Ability to learn and become proficient with in-house technology.
- Ability to participate in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with interaction with all levels of management.
- Ability to travel within the state of Florida.
