PPS Full-time Custodian - 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) - Various locations - Portland Public Schools

Job Title: Full-time Custodian

Location: Various locations throughout Portland

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness of restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events.
• Report maintenance issues to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be reliable and able to work independently.
